• When applying for family apartment, you are required to provide us with the attachments of your wife/husband/partner as well.

• The attachments need to be sent by mail. The application is not valid without all the required attachments.

A) OBLIGATORY ATTACHMENTS (TO BE DELIVERED WHEN APPLYING):

1. Study certificate, setting out when studies began and the estimated date of graduation, or a copy of a certificate of admission to an educational institution.

2. Applicants below the age of 18 are required to furnish their guardian’s written commitment concerning payment of rent and consent to renting the accommodation.

B) ATTACHMENTS TO BE DELIVERED LATER ON REQUEST:

3. Taxation certificate on the last confirmed taxation.

4. Declaration of income (e.g. pay receipt, unemployment benefit certificate, etc.)

C) OTHER ATTACHMENTS (ACCORDING TO APPLICANT'S OWN CONSIDERATION):

5. Other certificates that the applicant may wish to present (e.g. pregnancy, dismissal).

6. Medical certificate (e.g. of allergy, mental problems etc) if seeking a one-room flat as your first housing.

NOTE: Having a pet does not constitute valid grounds for applying for a one-room flat!
