If you want to search for a specific type of an apartment, i.e. on the basis of the rent or floor space.

NOTE! The search goes through all our apartments, not the vacant ones!
 

 USAGE FEES

  


Besides the rent, all apartments have additional usage fees depending on the services offered in the house / in the apartment.

Here are the fees that are valid from the January 1, 2009 on and the houses they apply to (euros / rental agreement).

For changing the apartment within the company a fee of 35,00 € is charged.
