Available: from 1 to 14 days

Rent includes basic equipment, usage of sauna and self-service laundry and parking place (heating spot during winter)

Low rents of our shortterm apartments presume certain independent initiative from tenant: Making the apartment tidy when leaving: vacuuming, wiping the surfaces, washing the dishes, taking rubbishes out, taking used linens out of the bed into the laundry basket.

Reservations to shortterm apartments from MOAS office, preferably by e-mail (headquarters@moas.fi).

If a reservation is not cancelled, half (50%) of the original price will be invoiced.
