Internet connections in the estates of MOAS (MOAS 1-33)
According to the decision of the board of directors of MOAS the company has signed a comprehensive agreement with Mikkelin Puhelin Oyj (MPY) as to providing Internet connections to the networks of estates and all apartments of the company via MPY Laajakaista Kaapeli -connection. The agreement is valid for the present. On grounds of before mentioned, fixed Internet connections of other operators are not accepted at all to the networks of the houses owned by MOAS.Tenants, if willing, have the possibility to buy on their own cost a separate fixed ADSL- or other similar Internet connection from the same operator i.e. MPY. For the part of the above mentioned, MOAS refers to the the tenancy agreement between the company and the tenant and the terms of tenancy paragraphs 1, 8 and 9 which the tenant has accepted with his/her signature.
