Due to a decision of annual shareholders' meeting MOAS has sold the 5 buildings of MOAS 30 situated in Otava to Tero Raittila from Mikkeli from September 1, 2006 on. At the same time the City of Mikkeli also sold the 5 row house apartments it owned. The new owner continues to rent the apartments.

MOAS gives thanks to all the tenants of MOAS 30 for the past years and wishes them a good co-operation with the new owner.
