The board of MOAS has decided that from January 1, 2009 on the fees for door openings are as follows:
* from 07.00am to 04.00pm (i.e. during working hours on normal working days) EUR 10,00
* from 04.00pm to 07.00am (i.e. outside working hours regardless on the day) EUR 20,00
The one who orders the door opening is repsonsilbe for paying the fee to the janitor with cash. If the fee has to be separately invoiced, the total costs (EUR 25,00 or EUR 50,00) will be charged.

For handling the keys to a new tenant outside office hours the fees are:
* on working days from 04.00pm to 10.00pm and on weekends from 07.00am to 10.00pm EUR 10,00
* always at night time from 10.00pm to 07.00am EUR 20,00
NOTE! If a new tenant wants to get the keys outside office hours the issue has to be agreed in advance with the office.

The above mentioned fees come valid on the 1st of January, 2009.
