Fault report
THE OBLIGATIONS BELONGING TO THE TENANT:
The tenant has to oneself get lamps as well as light bulbs or fluerescent tubes for them, fuses to fuse box, curtain clips, carpet to the porch, connection for the washing machine, shower curtain (hygienic), and TV-antenna lead.
In the apartments furnished by the company the tenant has to change the light bulbs but company gives them free of charge.
Insurances:
The property of the tenant has to be always insured by the tenant oneself.
Fire alarm:
Tenant is responsible for testing (twice a month) the fire alarm the company has installed and for changing the battery - for one's own safety. The company gives new battery free of charge. Any fault in the fire alarm has to be immediately reported to the representative of the company.
Name plates:
Tenant can get free of charge from the company a sticker to be filled for the doorplate.
When moving in you should report all faults and defects noticed in your apartment with this form NOT LATER THAN 3 DAYS AFTER MOVING IN.
Otherwise faults/defects are considered to been caused by a new tenant.

ATTN! Small holes in walls and ceilings, small cracks in the walls and so on are fixed separately in the annual repairing.
A representative of the company is entitled to carry out the repairs stated in this fault repost by using a master key of the company.
Pets have to be informed the the representative of the company in advance.
