Join the meeting!

Moas has a Clubroom that has seen very little use lately. Now we are bringing in fresh ideas for its use and collaborating with the ‘Yhdessä osallistuen’ project.

The project is organizing two meetings at Moas ClubRoom (Pirttiniemenkatu 13), where we will engage in casual brainstorming for the future use of the space. Everyone is welcome to join! You can come to cook and brainstorm together.

The first meeting is on Thursday, April 18th, from 5 pm to 8 pm, where we will make tortillas together. The event is open to all and free of charge.

Address of Moas Clubroom: Pirttiniemenkatu 13, Mikkeli

Keep your aparment clean

The law on the lease of residential premises and the terms of the lease agreement require that the tenant must take care of the apartment diligently. The apartment must be maintained during the tenancy and when moving out. The apartment should remain in the same condition as it was at the beginning of the tenancy, excluding normal wear and tear. The tenant is also obliged to compensate for any damages caused by the tenant or their guests.

NOTE! According to the MOAS policy in shared apartments the common area (kitchen, bathroom, hall, balcony etc.) have to be cleaned and maintained by all residents. In shared apartments the common areas are all residents’ responsibility.

Please read and execute these daily, weekly and yearly cleaning instructions for pleasant occupancy

No rent increases in 2024

The economic and global situation of recent years has tested the real estate market with an increase in interest rates and prices. The rise in interest rates, along with rapidly escalating construction costs, poses challenges to the daily operations of housing entities, constrains opportunities for investments, and puts pressure on rent increases. Despite the challenging economic situation, according to Moas’s budget for 2024, there will be no rent increases for the upcoming year.

The parking fee has undergone a slight price adjustment. As of January 1, 2024, the parking fee will be 10,00 €/month (2023: 8,00 €/month).

Welcome to the residents’ evening!

Come to hear about current affairs and get a glimpse into the future plans regarding housing, properties, as well as waste and water management in the Mikkeli area (Note: all speeches will be held in Finnish). If you wish, you can also make your voice heard and ask our company’s decision-makers about housing-related matters. All our residents are welcome. See you at the event!

Time: Tuesday, November 21, 2022, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Location: Sokos Hotel Vaakuna auditorium, Porrassalmenkatu 9.
